80 Day Obsession – Day 63

I definitely needed to get in some extra stretching on Sunday. Although we worked on Sunday, overall it was a pretty lazy day. No workout, flexible, low pressure schedule. I took time to stretch out, and later in the day took a nice relaxing epsom salt bath. All very much needed to nourish my body from the amazing week of working out at a whole new level!

Then Monday morning came. We got up at 6am and did AAA, which you’ll recall is Arms, Abs, and Ass. I was surprised with how much I was lifting. And surprised with my muscle popping out in this post workout selfie! I am really really feeling and seeing the results!

After workout we had some Shakeo. Meals for the day were great. We had prepped out Costco run vegetables over the weekend, and so I had lots of veggies. We are eating on meal plan C, so I felt well nourished all day long. I really like just that little bump up in food. Overall, it was a fantastic day!

Post workout… those muscles weren’t there before!

Post workout meal, quinoa, veggies and beans.
Big meal. A salad, green beans with broccoli and garbanzo beans. Apple and seeds. All the produce is raw.
Veggies and tofu.
Snack, cashews, apple and veggies.
Sunday – Morning tofu scramble with toast.
Sunday – Later morning salad with quinoa.
Sunday – Edamame with cooked veggies.
Sunday – seeds with edamame pasta and veggies in pasta sauce.

Sunday – Edamame salad.
