80 Day Obsession – Day 58

OMG! I forgot to mention yesterday, today is refeed day!! Last phase it was on Wednesdays, so I didn’t even realize until yesterday morning when Autumn mentioned it that it would be today! So exciting. We mixed up our extra yellows with a mix of Saltines, banana oatmeal raisin cookies and chocolate peanut butter balls. Plus We added strawberries to our Shakeology! Double fruit! And got an extra fruit with breakfast/pre-workout meal. It was like heaven in my mouth (and tummy)!

Today we had Cardio Flow. You know, that pyramid workout that makes us think we’re going to collapse and die on the floor. The one that I used to skip a couple inch worms during so that I could catch my breathe. Not today! We were invigorated! We went so hard. The couple times that I had to take a quick moment to catch my breathe or get some water I paused it so I wouldn’t miss a single rep of this revitalizing exercise. I actually posted a video on the Exclusive Coach Test Group yesterday about how Cardio Flow is my favorite workout because I can really feel how much progress and strength I’ve made with my body.

We went all out with this one. And it felt great! 8 whole rounds at the end? No problem! Whereas on Friday morning when I did this I thought I’d die after round 3. Not anymore! We were so pumped at the end we both had to pose for muscle pics to show how much we’ve grown! We both are so impressed with how our bodies are changing. It is amazing!!
