Our workout today was Cardio Core. My partner loves cardio, but me, not so much. 30 seconds of “rest” which is still workout and then 30 seconds of workout (which is also workout). I was exhausted at the end. But it felt good! We got up early to get the workout out of the way before I left. So no pre-workout meal pic, as I tend to forget at 6am. LOL. After the workout we had a quick shake before packing up my pre-made lunches so I could catch the train.
At work I had my post workout and a couple of my other meals. The tan wood desk in the pictures is my office desk, that is how you can know where I ate the meal.
I’ve mentioned before that I have a workout accountability group. I was swooped up by my coach Ralph about a year ago as he took me under his fitness wings and brought me into the Beachbody family, and in particular into the Sweat Life Tribe that he and his wife created. This has been an integral part of me keeping up with workouts and nutrition. We all keep each other accountable and we make it fun! Ralph and Sara had shirts made for us and mine came in today. See it below. Progress over Perfection. Sweat Life Tribe. So excited to get that today.
And the day ended with our weekly produce delivery. Yum! So happy we can get fresh amazing produce delivered to our door. Doesn’t it look delicious in the picture? All that’s left is to prep it for the week of meals.
We also didn’t realize until the end of the day that tomorrow is a refeed day. What is that? We were trying to figure out the same thing. So we spent a few minutes frantically searching to figure it out. Turns out the info was in the nutrition download that I had, but I had ignored it because I thought, refeed day is so far away I’ll deal with this when I get to it. Well, I’ve gotten to it! That happened fast. I’ll tell you more about refeed day in tomorrow’s post.
