80 Day Obsession – Day 30

Let’s just say our lives are really hectic. Today I got off work early because my partner and I are assisting at a 3-Day all weekend event this weekend. We got up at 6am to get in our workout before I rushed out the door to work. Meanwhile, in addition to preparing for our own 3-Day event that is happening next weekend, my partner had to start preparing our food for the whole weekend.

Our workout was legs. Phase 2 legs, wow! Lots of weights. We really had to go harder this week with Phase 2. At the end of the workout my legs were definately sore!!!

I finished my workout, showered, made (and drank) Shakeology, and then (literally) ran to the train to get to work. I left work early to get home and get ready to head to San Jose for the weekend.

When I got home I had a little time to help wrap up the meal prep with my partner. We took with lots and lots of food to make sure we would be able to stick with the nutrition plan throughout the weekend. Then we had one more good home cooked meal before hitting the road.
