Cardio Core! I think I sweat more today than any other day in this workout program so far! I was drenched. Literally there were just pools of water (sweat) on the floor. I guess maybe that is why my accountability group is called the Sweat Life Tribe! Here is how this workout goes… 30 seconds of low impact movement (it is supposed to be a break, but trust me, it isn’t). Then there is 30 seconds of high intensity cardio. This happens 3 times. So 3 minutes total for each set of low impact and high impact. Then, we do one cardio exercise on our strength sliders. Then we start another set of cardio low and high. The first couple sets of cardio seem not too bad, like hey I’ll make it through this. But from there exhaustion sets in while the exercises become ever more difficult, exhausting and demanding. But I made it to the end! Check out my pic, I’m seriously drenched, and my partner is wiped!
Food today was mostly great. Unfortunately I didn’t get a pic of my favorite meal. We had spaghetti squash with some yummy sauce for dinner. In the morning I was on the go, so a lot of my food was baby carrots. Today was one of those days where I dress up and play lawyer (for the record I am a bar certified lawyer, I just don’t practice often). I was in an asylum interview, which tend to take a really long time. Problematic when you have to eat every 2-3 hours!
