80 Day Obsession – Day 22

Booty! Booty! Booty! Another day down in the final week of Phase 1. I am sure I’ve probably already said this, but Booty Day is so misleading! Almost the entire workout is on the ground. Easy, right? Wrong! OMG! The degree to which I can work these muscles to fatigue just laying on the ground is crazy! For the most part I used the resistant bands than I have in the past. So I pushed it hard, when I could. Boy did I feel it. I am pretty sure my booty is looking… perkier than when I first started this journey a few weeks ago.

Food today was pretty straightforward. I wasn’t on the go at all, so eating was easy and laid back. Unlike other days where I am out and about and doing lots of things. I did a little Mexican type dish with refried beans and “chorizo” made out of riced cauliflower and seasoning. That was pretty yummy. Other than that we were super low on veggies, and we get more green containers than anything else, so it was a stretch. Luckily we had some frozen veggies which we were able to dig into, too.

Breakfast, a left over salad I’d made for on the go. My healthy fat was coconut milk which I put in chai (not pictured).
Pre-workout. Black beans, tofu, greens and toast.
Post-workout. Everything hurts in my lower half!
Shakeology. Vegan chocolate. Super yummy!
Post workout meal. Black beans and white kidney beans, veggies (frozen) over quinoa.
Mexican. Refried beans, cauliflower chorizo, greens, sunflower seeds on the side, and half a banana.
