80 Day Obsession – Day 18

Is it really February already?!? And almost 3 weeks through 80 Day Obsession. I can’t believe it. Today was AAA (arms, abs, and a$$). It actually felt easier than before. I guess that means I am growing. After week 4 Autumn will change the workouts, so that’ll be good. Not that the workout was easy, I just wasn’t nearly as sore as the first time around. One of the hardest parts for me is how much we hold our bodies up, that really makes my arms fatigued. Then following it up with actual arm workouts is a real hit to the muscles.

Meanwhile, our meals were, interesting. My second meal was rushed on the bus. I stuffed a tupperware of cucumber slices in my mouth before eating cashews. I imagine this was an entertaining scene for those around me. Our other meals were pretty good, until we got to the big meal. We wanted to make pizza with cauliflower crust… but the crust didn’t quite turn out. We had baked cauliflower mush with spaghetti sauce and some veggies on top. I also forgot our protein, so we just fried up veggie burgers real fast. And we got half an orange for dessert. Not my favorite, but it’s been an adventure.

Bathroom update. After the leak yesterday, our bathroom smells mildewy. Not too fun. There was a huge tarp that was like a waterslide send the leaking water straight into our tub. This morning, since it is no longer leaking, maintenance pulled down the “leak slide” and just put tarp over the ceiling. Hopefully they will fix the ceiling sometime this week. Meanwhile, the bathroom is fully functional as far as being able to use the restroom, shower, etc., so we can’t complain. (Well, I suppose we could, but we won’t).

Stay tuned for more!

Grabbing bits of cucumber for my green on the bus.
And some quick cashews after the cucumber.

Not so much sweat from AAA, but we definitely worked hard.
Matthew made some “burgers” today. It is exactly one green (veggies) and one red (protein). They’re a little dry and don’t stick together, but it’s a good start. This one is on a bed of quinoa/rice.
Drank my Shakeology and forgot a pic, it was so good I gulped it down.
This was meant to be our cauliflower pizza crust. It’s riced cauliflower boiled. Plus ground flaxseed with water.
Here is the “crust” with sauce on it.
The bathroom saga is all wrapped up. LOL.

Last meal. Quinoa/rice over veggies.
