Today was cardio. I was pouring sweat. I mean wiping down the floor so I wouldn’t slip because there was so much sweat. It was only a 37 minute workout (including warm-up and cool-down) but boy did it give me a run for my money. At one point I had to modify because I felt like I barely had any energy left to even move! But I modified for a round and then I got back in there full force!! We top off the cardio with ab workouts, and I felt that in my side afterwards too!
Food was a mixed bag today. I experimented a little with spices and added a little mustard and curry to some veggies, it wasn’t the right combo. I’ve found that marinated and baked tofu is perhaps my favorite protein, so we’ll be stocking up at Costco soon. One more meal to go tonight, but I’ll be headed to bed when we finish that, so no picture.
We get a weekly produce delivery (yes, very posh San Francisco, I know). Our box came in last night, and I had it packed full of good stuff! We diced up all the vegetables so we can quickly grab them and throw them into salads or stir fries or whatever. We got a few pieces of fruit (not as much though because we only get 2 servings of fruit per day, and one of those is the banana we put in our Shakeology). My new bag of chocolate vegan Shakeology should be here any day. That one is my favorite!
