Friday, but not just any Friday. We were assisting setting up an event until 10pm Thursday night. Then we had to get up at 5am in order to get back to the event where we assisted until 8pm and then still had to ride home, workout, drop off a car, and stop at the grocery store because we are going through so much fresh produce with all of the vegetables that the meal plan calls for. And while we were at the event we had to manage to eat every 2-3 hours. Squeeze in our pre-workout meal before we left so we could get straight to the gym when we got home. And then still eat our post-workout meal.
The workout was legs, and it was a tough one. My legs were on fire. Every single part of them! I could feel it. I was exhausted when I got to the end (which I think is very apparent in the post workout selfie).
I didn’t get pictures of everything because it was such a busy day, but I did my best. I kept a sheet with all my meals on it and marked each one as I ate it so that I could keep track of what I was eating. It wasn’t easy but we got through. More to come about this crazy adventure tomorrow!
All of our food to take on the go for Day 5.These snacks were out to tempt us. But we stood in our commitment to 80 Day Obsession and said no!Instead of junk food we had quinoa with a salad (mixed greens and some other fresh veggies). We had an extra salad because we were walking around so much. Our big meal. Salad, kidney beans, sunflower seeds, and an apple.Pre-workout. Bread, greens with onions and peppers cookes up, and lentils with black beans.
Post workout Day 5. It was late but we did it! I was exhausted and took my post workout selfie without waiting for Matthew to walk over next to me.
