80 Day Obsession – Day 67

I just finished reading the Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod. I highly recommend it, you can get a copy here. (I would get a hard copy so you can take notes and reference back to them easily.

This morning we got up at 5:30. We set up a two and half hour morning routine. The routines can be much shorter, but we wanted ours to be this long. Hal will take you through how to set up your morning, what elements are important to include (spoiler: exercise is one of them), and lots of other super valuable information. I made a Facebook Live about our miracle morning, which you can watch below.

Exercise is part of the Miracle Morning, so we capped off our morning with just that. Let me back up, when my alarm went off, although I was ready to get up, I could barely sit up because my abs were so sore. They’re still sore as I write this. Today’s workout was Cardio core, so it included a decent amount of core, and my abs were already feeling it! But the workout went by quickly.

Then I had Vegan Cafe Latte Shakeology for the first time. I can’t believe I’ve been drinking Shakeology for a year and missing out on this. It was so amazing! I mean the other flavors are great too, but this is by far my new favorite! We’ll be ordering this one again!

The rest of my day was equally amazing. The Miracle Morning really kicked off my day and set the tone for everything. Oh, and I kept my nutrition on point all day long. I was invited to lunch (with vegan options) at work today. Free food is always a weak spot for me. But I declined. I ate the food I brought with me.

Another amazing day. It’s hard to believe that we only have 14 workouts left in this 80 Day Obsession workout.
