80 Day Obsession – Day 65

Our alarm went off at 4am today, and I was ready to get up, but it turned out Matthew was up all night in the bathroom, not feeling well. So we decided to put off the workout to the evening, hoping he would feel better. I got up and rescheduled the alarm for 5:45 and went back to sleep.

It felt strange eating such large amounts of food, being on Plan C, but not having done my workout in the morning. But, I still did enjoy eating.

When I got home we had our pre-workout meal together and then got ourselves to the gym! So glad to get it in. I used to feel more tired doing workouts in the morning, but now I feel more tired doing workouts in the evening. Funny how that switched. Today was legs. As usual, these days, I went bigger on weights and went harder. I really am making incredible strides in my fitness. But my legs were burned up afterwards.

After the workout I had my Shakeology. And I couldn’t help but snap a picture while I was looking in the mirror. This program is giving such incredible results!!

Breakfast was a green/red
Then a green, which I had with an apple and chai with coconut milk
The big meal. 2 different greens, plus seeds and an apple.

We still got our workout in!
