It’s Tuesday, and in Phase 3 that means it’s time for my new favorite workout, Cardio Flow. This week we did a time lapse video of the workout. It’s about 40 minutes condensed down into about 3 minutes, so it’s a little ridiculously fast. But still fun to watch and get a little taste of what cardio flow is all about. I felt so so amazing when I got it done. My body felt strong, amazing and healthy! Unfortunately, our post-workout selfie didn’t save, but that’s ok. We do have the video!
We are just packing so much more into life, after kicking off our day with our workout. It has literally been amazing since we got back from Unleash the Power Within.
I love the amount of food we are getting on Plan C. It is great. You can see a lot of our meals below.
