After breakfast we went to the sauna to wait for the hour before our workout because our hotel roommate was still asleep (good for her!). Then we went to do cardio flow. We couldn’t get connected to WiFi through our computer because we had to sign up for some loyalty program in order to get internet, and you needed to be online to sign up! No problem, I can stream on my phone, this is 2018 after all. Literally zero signal! I couldn’t even get it to marginally load. But no way am I giving up at this point. I said, oh well, it’s time for our roommate to get up, we’re going to Cardio Flow it in our hotel room. So we went up, woke our roommate, and got our Cardio Flow on.
Phase 3 Cardio Flow. We went back to 4 reps of every move. We pyramided them until we got all the moves done. And then we did 8 full sets of all the moves! You may recall Phase 1 was 4 reps of each pyramided and then 2 sets of everything. Phase 2 was 6 reps pyramided and then 2 sets of everything. So now bumping up to 8 sets at the end. What?!?! We pyramided through everything in less than 20 minutes! In Phase 1 that took over a half hour! OMG! I can’t believe how much strength we have gained. We got through it strong though.
Oh, I forgot to mention yesterday, at Tony Robbins you are on your feet dancing a lot! So I tracked over 10,000 steps today! A usual day is 6,000, which is more than most people because there’s so much walking when you live in San Francisco. It wasn’t like we were relaxing after the workout. We were putting out all of our energy.
I didn’t get hardly any pics, but we ate every single meal on time, with no cheating. None of those fries or nachos or anything else that others were indulging in.
Today we evaluated some of our limiting beliefs, we made decisions that we are dedicating ourselves to. Literally our lives are changing. It is incredible. I can’t put into words the force of what I experienced! More tomorrow!!!
