80 Day Obsession – Day 53

I woke up this morning and looked in the mirror and I could have sworn I lost an inch on my stomach overnight! I measured and I didn’t. But I swear I must have added an inch on my side of ab muscle and dropped an inch of fat in the belly area, because it seriously looks different since my pics a few days ago for the start of Phase 3! Wow! This has me stoked on sticking to Autumn’s regimen exactly as she has prescribed it. Which is good because this weekend will be the ultimate challenge.

Tomorrow morning we are headed to Tony Robbins’ Unleash the Power Within. A 4 day life changing event that goes about 12-16 hours each day! And we’ll be away from home! So sticking to an every 2-3 hour meal plan with intense workouts squeezed in somewhere is not going to be east. But I don’t want to give up my results!

We got up early and did Legs today! Wow! Autumn really upped leg day for us. I feel it burning. Going up stairs was a real challenge today.

After work it was massive food prep time. 4 days, 8 meals a day, times 2 people, equals a lot of meals. We made every single meal that we will be eating from now until Sunday, and put it in baggies. Terrible for the environment, I know, but we rarely use baggies. We packed pretty much all beans and fresh vegetables, plus the little bit of quinoa, bread, fruit, nuts and seeds that we get. Then I packed all our clothes, including workout clothes and bands for 80 Day Obsession. This is what you do when you are dedicated! And we are dedicated! I’ll post updated from Tony Robbins when we get back next week!
