80 Day Obsession – Day 52

This was a long day! I got up early, but not to work out, to get to the government building with a client early in the morning. From there I went straight to work. After work I had some meetings to go to. So I didn’t get home until 8pm! So I worked out at 8pm. We did Total Body Core. Again, we are out of order this week because we have to adjust to make our hotel workouts doable. The new Total Body Core, lived up to it’s name of Total Body Sore. Autumn had a new line-up of challenging moves to get us in gear. For some reason my post-workout pic didn’t save. I must be doing something wrong, that’s been happening a lot lately.

My food was pretty much all the same because I’d prepared it all at the same time. But very tasty, as such things go. It’s a busy day, but more to come tomorrow!
