80 Day Obsession – Day 48

Another busy morning, so another later workout. In the morning I had a salad so I could have some chia with coconut milk. My absolute favorite use of the blue/green meal.

My meals have been pretty repetitive. I’ve got the same blend of greens that I cooked up. I scoop those onto whatever it goes with, quinoa or rice if I get a carb, or beans, lentils or tofu if I get a protein. Luckily I’m not too bored of it. It is good and healthy. Way less processed food than what I ate before 80 Day Obsession. Which is funny because we actually cut out a lot of processed food about a year ago. I hadn’t realized how much crept back into our diet!

Thursday after work we quickly got ourselves to the gym, so as not to leave any time to lose motivation. Thursday is leg day. Our last Phase 2 Legs. My legs were on fire after the workout, so I can’t even imagine what Phase 3 will have in store, since each phase gets harder. Seriously, I can’t believe how much I sweat on leg day given that none of what we are doing is cardio at all. But we move around with those weights and the sweat just starts pouring!

More to report tomorrow!
