Refeed day is here again!!!! This time we prepared. Oh, and I can’t wait to have a little bit of sweets. We got up early and had a green/yellow meal. We started with some plain veggies, but topped it off with our yellow, a chocolate covered peanut butter ball. It was so tasty. I could have eaten a hundred of them, but I stuck to just the one.
I was able to eat three chocolate covered peanut butter balls throughout the day, plus a couple of banana raisin oat cookies. All of those things were ridiculously tasty. Plus, I got an extra piece of fruit in my pre-workout meal and extra fruit in my Shakeology.
We had a busy morning, so our workout was after work in the evening. Today was Total Body Core. I’m finally getting the hang of it, which of course means we are done with it, as it was the last time we do this workout in Phase 2. It will be totally new next week in Phase 3.
I’m already thinking about what program I will do next, but I haven’t decided yet. Autumn may do her 21 Day Fix Extreme program with a group of people, and then start up another round of 80 Day Obsession. I am considering do that. I am also considering Autumn’s weight lifting program called Hammer & Shred. But I’ve got some time to figure that out. I’ll keep you updated.
