In the morning I had some raw broccoli, and I remembered, I don’t like raw broccoli. I pre-made all my food for work in small batches on Tuesday night. It tasted great, and I had a good amount of good food to eat all day. But it was very time consuming. I’m going to have to try some less time consuming options. But this did the trick for now.
I feel like by the time I get the hang of all this planning it will be the end of the program. I am still debating my next moves. Do I want to repeat 80 Day Obsession or move into something else? Autumn also has a body building program, I may move to that next. I’ll keep you updated.
