80 Day Obsession – Day 41

Today was Total Body Core day. If you’ve been reading this for awhile you know that I prefer to refer to that as Total Body Sore. Let’s say it lived up to it’s name yet again. It was a jam packed day. By the time I got home from work it was time for a standing meeting that I have. I ate my pre-workout meal real fast before the meeting, as I knew the meeting would be an hour, and I could get straight to the gym afterwards. So that is what I did. Ate fast, meeting, workout.

In the morning I had some raw broccoli, and I remembered, I don’t like raw broccoli. I pre-made all my food for work in small batches on Tuesday night. It tasted great, and I had a good amount of good food to eat all day. But it was very time consuming. I’m going to have to try some less time consuming options. But this did the trick for now.

I feel like by the time I get the hang of all this planning it will be the end of the program. I am still debating my next moves. Do I want to repeat 80 Day Obsession or move into something else? Autumn also has a body building program, I may move to that next. I’ll keep you updated.

 

Part of a meal. Plain broccoli (not my favorite). Green/blue. Had this with chai with coconut milk in it (healthy fat).
