80 Day Obsession – Day 39

Sunday we thankfully had a day off from working out. Although not a day off from  our nutrition, or from work and life! It was day 3 of our event, the final day. The event was absolutely amazing. I forgot to mention, all weekend I wore pants that I hadn’t fit into for years! See the picture below. These pants I have been wanting to squeeze back into for so long. And even when I did other fitness programs, I’d shed inches and wight, but not enough to get into those pants. But sticking with the 80 Day Obsession nutrition and fitness plan I got back into those pants, and we aren’t even halfway through yet!

Sunday we also finished off all the meals we had prepared to get us through the weekend. Even though we had a full weekend of leading the event, I knew I’d be getting up Monday morning for work. So after we got home from our event it was time for me to prep food for Monday! And we were totally out of fresh food. We had eaten literally all the fresh food in the house. Luckily we try to keep a stock of frozen veggies. I pulled those out and prepped up meals to take with on Monday. Plus I gave my partner the assignment of going to the store first thing Monday morning so that we’d have food for the rest of the week (or at least a few days), and so that he’d have something to eat on Monday.

Food was ok but not amazing on Monday. I much prefer fresh veggies to frozen. But it did the trick. And we were back at it with Booty day! Which feels a lot like just upper leg day. LOL. I really felt it. But so good. I’m noticing that I feel stronger. Even though during the workouts I feel like I’m going to die, afterwards I feel really good! I’m noticing that with each workout I feel stronger, healthier, and I look even better. Walking around at the office today I thought, I wish I could walk around with my shirt off so people can see how good I look! LOL. So I’d say 80 Day Obsession is doing really well for me.

I also got a chance to use my new Healthiest Year of My Life Shakeology bottle today, so took some pics of that too. What an amazing day. I feel like my whole life is changing, not just my fitness.
