80 Day Obsession – Day 36

Today I have the day “off” from work. Which means I didn’t have to go to the office. I took the day off because it is the last day before our event. So the day is entirely dedicated to preparing for the event. Including making 3 days worth of meals to take with us to the event so that we can stick with our timed nutrition through the weekend. Talk about obsessed!

We got in our workout early. It was a beast! Geez, leg day in Phase 2 is no joke. Not that it was easy in Phase 1, but Autumn really amped it up for Phase 2. Even though I wasn’t exhausted like after cardio when I feel like I just ran 10 miles… my leg muscles were absolutely exhausted.

Then it took a fair amount of time and organization to figure out which meals we would be eating at our event, and which we could make at home early in the morning or at night after the event. We literally prepared almost every bit of food in our apartment. We filled up tons of Tupperware. Then we put them away, sectioned off by each day so that we could just grab and pack for the day.

The rest of the day was last minute preparation. Printing, preparing our materials, packing everything we needed to take to our venue, going to the venue and setting it up, briefing our assistant, and so on. By the end of the day we were ready for an amazing 3 Day event. We even managed to get to bed and get our 8 hours of sleep that Autumn always wants us to get.
