80 Day Obsession – Day 32

Another jam packed day. (I feel like that is every day of my life). We got up early again to get breakfast in and get started on assisting at the event that we are at. I managed to get a couple more food pics today, but mostly I forgot. We were just lucky to get our meals in at the right times.

Again we managed to time our meals to have our pre-workout during the wrap up for the day. Then we left and got changed for our workout. The hotel gym is WAY too small for Cardio Flow. We found a secluded corner in the hallway where we could do inchworms, diamond squats, mule frogs, and all the rest of the crazy and space consuming moves that are part of Cardio Flow. The thing about Cardio Flow is that it is the ONLY workout where the moves don’t change from phase to phase, instead Autumn just makes us do more of each move. Previously this was a pyramid of 4 reps, now it is a pyramid of 6 reps. That might sound small, but over the course of the workout that is over 30 additional reps (in the same amount of time). We were absolutely exhausted. We both struggled to get to the end of the workout. You can see in our post workout pic that I was literally completely covered in sweat, while my partner was wincing in pain from being so worn out from the workout.

Here’s the thing. Being so busy, it isn’t easy keeping up and doing the workouts everyday. But we resolved to do it, and we are so proud of ourselves for sticking with it. I don’t always thank myself for this, but most of the time, I do. Most of the time I am so happy with what I am doing for myself by sticking to these workouts. It is amazing.

Early meal. Salad with quinoa (green/yellow).
Forgot the pic until late… with was a veggie patty with salad, seeds and an apple. (green/red/purple/orange).
Post workout. The picture says it all. I was drenched! My partner was hurting.

Post workout meal. Salad, beans and quinoa. (green/red/yellow).
