80 Day Obsession – Day 28

Day 2 of Phase 2. Cardio Core. Again it felt like a totally new workout. Trying to figure out the new moves, put it all together. Meanwhile I was still sore from yesterday’s workout. Just like the last phase, it was 30 seconds of a “rest” move, that isn’t a rest at all, it’s exhausting. Then 30 seconds of a high intensity move, you know, the move that really gets you exhausted. This workout had me seriously exhausted. It also left me really sore, because that workout was just like starting a brand new workout! The workout challenges the same muscles but in a whole new way. It will really keep your muscles growing. I’m also noticing that my biceps are getting massive, which is crazy because I don’t lift heavy. These workouts are really making a difference for me!

I wasn’t able to get as many food pics. Eating at the office I just kept forgetting to take pictures. Plus, I share the office, and I want to give it a couple days before I show exactly how strange I am (taking pictures of every meal and being totally obsessed with fitness and nutrition).

But I did add something new to my arsenal. We bought this new cooler bag that my coach also has. It come with lots of little tupperwares (that conveniently fit some of the food combos we get perfectly). It comes with a little ice pack that fits sleekly into it. And you can transport multiple little containers in it. Perfect for someone who is going to an office for 8 hours a day and is going to be eating about 3 small meals over the course of that time. I can just keep it by my desk and grab my meals when it is time.

Lish bag. This comes with lots of tiny tupperwares, a spot for a tiny ice pack (that it comes with) and is easy to carry with. Great new addition to help with eating on the go.
