Every Saturday is the same workout and it is a beast. The first two Saturdays I was exhausted from our long days before the workout even started. Today I did the workout earlier in the day. Today I realized that maybe being so exhausted going into it just numbed me from how hard this workout is. I struggled with this today. I went hard though. I did have to modify a few times because it was so challenging. But I made it to the end. The interesting thing is the workout is short (about 30 minutes), so I feel like it goes by fast (because it does), but at the end I feel like there is absolutely nothing left in the tank. Which is how it is supposed to be, so I guess that is good.
Food went great today. Pretty straightforward. A laid back day, so nothing to crazy to deal with while trying to get the meals in. Easy, and yummy.
Tomorrow is a rest day, so Day 21 is on Monday. I’ll be back then for a new post.

Vegan protein patty, quinoa and mixed veggies.These are the new burgers we tried. Hi protein. Yummy. From Trader Joe’s.I also treated myself to coffee today. We don’t drink coffee often, but every now and then. Also put in a splash of soy milk, and a few drops of stevia.Black bean and veggie patty. My partner made these and measured out that each patty would be exactly one green of veggies and one red of protein.The big one! Tofu, mixed veggies, a side of seeds and an apple for dessert.Almost forgot to take a pic before I finished eating this! Quinoa with mixed veggies on top.Final meal. Salad with tea. My healthy fat was coconut milk that I put in my tea (rooibos chia).
