We made it work! We would send our participants to break and hurry to our green room to eat some food and stay on track with our meals. What an adventure! But we made it work! At the end of the day we were beat. And by the end of the day, we mean the end of Day 1 of our event. Not the end of the whole day. Nope. We finished the day. While meeting with our team afterwards we are our pre-workout meal in preparation for getting home. Once we wrapped the meeting we hurried home, changed into workout clothes, and got it done!
Cardio Flow. What a beast! It is a pyramid workout. We were exhausted at the end (well really, at the beginning too!). We made it through. And felt very accomplished afterwards! I’m super proud of us. It wasn’t easy to stick with this nutrition and workout program with everything that was going on, but we didn’t waver, we made it happen! And once our workout was done, Saturday was wrap! We got much needed rest before Day 2 of our event.
