80 Day Obsession – Day 7

REST DAY!!!! Yay. This will be a quick post. Day 7 was our rest day and it couldn’t have come at a better time. We were running ourselves down. We had to get up at 6 (getting less than 6 hours of sleep after our shower fiasco the night before), and we didn’t get home until after 11pm!

We stuck to the meal plan all day. We had a couple of catered meals again, but did our best to keep them to the meal plan. One of them was Chipotle, which I believe may have some oil and things in it that were outside of the meal plan. But we just got salad, beans and fajita veggies, so it wasn’t too bad. We did the best we could under the circumstances, which was pretty good. The rest of our meals were mostly salad and beans (so basically the same thing, except I know how it was prepared). I also remembered to snap a few more pictures over the weekend.

Lunch. Vegan burger patty, salad with sunflower seeds, cuties.
Shakeology with a banana blended in.
